I am so excited to start working on your invitation proofs! In order to avoid mistakes, this questionnaire will provide all the information we need for your preliminary details.

We advise that you have your fiancé look over the information to make 100% it is correct, as this is the step where things first start to get misspelled. Of course, we can fix errors in later proofs, but you would be surprised how many times errors get missed from the very beginning!

As a reminder, all spelling errors and corrections are the responsibility of the client. Let us know if you have any further questions on this form! Typically, we allow about one week from receiving this form filled out to finish your first round of proofs!
